Gusseted Polyethylene bags (PEGEs) are more stable on pallets than pillow-type (non-gusseted) bags, and they help improve the loading efficiency. This type of bag can be produced on paper sack lines by adapting existing machines.

    Embossing PE film enhancines the non-slip characteristic. Unlike varnish, embossing changes the PE itself, so there's no need to worry about any effects on the contents.

  • Corner seal

    By converting the heat seal at the 4 corders of a PEGE, it can be shaped to be more like a box. In addition, corner seals help the contents to be removed smoothly when the PEGE is opened.
