This packaging is suitable for a "Form, Fill, and Seal" (FFS) system. This process is used in bulk product lines. We provide rolls instead of bags.

The process below can add further characteristics to the product, like micro-perforations, corner seals, and others.

    Embossing PE film enhancines the non-slip characteristic. Unlike varnish, embossing changes the PE itself, so there's no need to worry about any effects on the contents.

  • Corner seal

    Corner Seals

    PEGE

    By converting the heat seal at the 4 corders of a PEGE, it can be shaped to be more like a box. In addition, corner seals help the contents to be removed smoothly when the PEGE is opened.
